1. Who we are

CinemaShot ("CinemaShot", "we", "us") produces cinematic walkthrough videos for short-term rental and real-estate listings. You can reach us at contact@cinemashot.tours.

By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you're ordering for a company, you confirm you're authorised to accept them on its behalf.

2. What we provide

We create short video walkthroughs from photographs of your property. Current offerings, their runtimes and prices are listed on our pricing and shop pages. Runtimes are approximate and may vary slightly.

We may add an optional Social Cut — a 9:16 vertical version of the same walkthrough — where you select it at checkout.

3. The materials you give us

To make your video we need a listing link or photographs. When you provide these, you confirm that:

  • You own the photographs, or have permission from the photographer or rights holder to use them for this purpose.
  • You have the right to have the property depicted and marketed in video form.
  • The materials don't infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, or privacy.

This matters: we work from what you send us and can't verify ownership ourselves. If a claim arises from materials you supplied, you agree to cover us for it.

We may decline any order — for example if the images are too low-resolution to produce good work, or if we believe the rights above aren't in place. If we decline before starting, you get a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of order through Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card details — see our Privacy Policy.

Portfolio bundles are priced per video and billed as a single invoice for the number of properties you select. Bundle rates apply only within their stated property ranges.

Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our confirmation.

5. Delivery times

Our target delivery windows, measured from the point we have everything we need (payment plus usable photos or a working listing link), are:

  • Single-property tours — within 48 hours
  • Small Portfolio (3–7 properties) — within 3 business days
  • Medium Portfolio (8–12 properties) — within 5 business days

If a link is broken, the images are unusable, or we need something else from you, the clock starts when that's resolved. We'll tell you promptly if that happens.

These are targets we take seriously, not guarantees. If we're going to miss one materially, we'll tell you and you may cancel for a full refund.

6. Revisions

Every order includes one round of revisions at no charge, requested within 7 days of delivery. Revisions cover things like shot order, pacing, which spaces feature, or fixing an error on our side.

Revisions don't cover a change of scope — a different tour length, extra properties, or adding a Social Cut that wasn't ordered. Those are new orders, and we'll quote them.

7. Cancellations and refunds

Because each video is made to order, our refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: full refund before production starts, a revision first if something's wrong after delivery, and we'd rather fix it than argue about it.

8. Who owns the video

Once your order is paid in full, you own the delivered video and may use it however you like — listing pages, social media, advertising, your own website, print stills, anything.

The photographs you supplied remain yours (or the photographer's). We claim no ownership over them.

Until payment clears, we retain ownership of the work.

9. Showing work in our portfolio

We'd like to show examples of our work — on this website, in social posts, and in proposals to other clients. By ordering, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display the finished video and stills from it for that purpose.

You can opt out at any time. Email contact@cinemashot.tours and we'll remove your property from our portfolio — before or after publication, no explanation needed. We'll also honour a request to leave your property address or listing name unnamed.

10. How the videos are made

We're open about this: your walkthrough is generated using AI from the still photographs you provide. There is no film crew and no physical shoot.

This means the video is an interpretation of your photos — camera movement and transitions are synthesised. It may not represent the property with the literal accuracy of live footage, including exact spatial relationships between rooms.

You're responsible for reviewing your video before publishing it and for making sure how you use it complies with the rules of any platform you post it to (for example Airbnb's or a listing service's content policies) and with applicable advertising and fair-housing law.

11. Acceptable use

Don't ask us to produce content that is unlawful, misleading about a property, discriminatory, or that infringes someone's rights. We may refuse or stop work on any order we believe crosses those lines, and will refund unearned amounts if we do.

12. Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses — including lost bookings, lost revenue, or lost profits.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that can't be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there. If you're a consumer, this doesn't remove protections you have under the mandatory laws of your own country.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business changes. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

Questions about any of this? Email contact@cinemashot.tours — we'd rather explain something than have it misunderstood.
